The Millard and Muriel Jacobs Genetics and Genomics Laboratory uses Resolver (from Rosetta Biosoftware) as its primary database and data analysis system for standard microarray gene expression experiments. Resolver is hosted in a central server and can be accessed from any computer on the Caltech campus using a web-based interface. The Resolver Client software must be downloaded in order to use the system. Please contact us in order to get an account and sign up for a tutorial.
